Understand seller payouts and balances

Learn how to read your seller balance, prepare for payouts, and handle payout questions without confusion.

What your balance represents

A seller balance is not always the same as immediately withdrawable cash. It may reflect completed sales, pending settlement, refunds, adjustments, holds, payout processing, and fees depending on account status and transaction timing.

Before contacting support, compare the order status, payment status, fulfillment status, and payout status. Most payout questions are resolved by identifying which part of the timeline the order is currently in.

Before requesting or reviewing a payout

  1. Confirm your payout method is complete, accurate, and belongs to the seller account owner or approved business.
  2. Review recent orders for refunds, disputes, cancellations, or pending delivery confirmations.
  3. Check whether Gidun requires verification, tax, or identity information before releasing funds.
  4. Compare the payout amount with the order list and any fees or adjustments.
  5. Keep screenshots or order references ready if you open a support ticket.

When to contact support

Contact Gidun Support if a payout is missing after the expected processing window, the payout method is locked, the balance appears inconsistent with completed orders, or you see an adjustment you do not understand.

  • Include the payout date or requested date.
  • Include the order numbers involved.
  • Describe what amount you expected and what amount appears instead.
  • Do not send bank passwords, card numbers, or private login credentials.
