Troubleshoot missing referrals or commissions

Work through the most common reasons a referral or commission does not appear as expected.

Most missing cases have a cause

A missing referral can happen because the wrong link was used, the link was changed, the visitor did not complete a qualifying action, the action happened outside the attribution window, another affiliate link took priority, or the conversion is still pending review.

Start with evidence. Support can investigate better when you provide the exact link, timing, destination, and expected result instead of only saying a commission is missing.

Troubleshooting flow

  1. Open the exact link you shared and confirm it still loads.
  2. Check whether your affiliate code or tracking path is still present after redirects.
  3. Review the reporting date range and campaign filter.
  4. Confirm the customer order or seller signup actually qualified under the program terms.
  5. Check whether the conversion is pending, rejected, reversed, or delayed.
  6. If it still looks wrong, open one support ticket with all evidence.

What support needs

  • Exact affiliate link used.
  • Where and when the link was posted.
  • Approximate click or signup date.
  • Destination page.
  • Any known order, seller, or campaign reference that does not expose private payment data.
