After placing the order
Save or open the order confirmation. If you notice a mistake, contact the seller or Gidun Support quickly from the order or message area. The sooner the issue is reported, the more options may be available before fulfillment starts.
- Order confirmation is visible in your account.
- Payment status is clear.
- Shipping address is correct.
- You know where to open a message if help is needed.
