Set up your seller profile and store

Build a complete seller profile that gives customers confidence before they message, buy, or follow your store.

Why the profile matters

Your seller profile is the first trust signal many customers see after they discover a product. A strong profile explains who you are, what you sell, how you handle orders, and why a customer can feel comfortable buying from you.

Gidun uses your store name, logo, store URL, contact identity, and verification details across product pages, messages, orders, and support workflows. Missing or inconsistent details can make customers hesitate and can also slow down support when there is an order question.

Set up the profile step by step

  1. Open the seller dashboard and review the store identity fields before adding products.
  2. Use a store name that matches your brand, packing slip, and customer service signature.
  3. Upload a clear logo or storefront image that looks good at small sizes because it may appear in message threads and product cards.
  4. Add a short store description that explains your product focus, fulfillment style, and service standards.
  5. Complete any verification or account fields requested by Gidun so the team can validate your seller account without delay.

What good looks like

A complete profile should answer the questions a customer would ask before sending a message: What does this seller specialize in, how fast do they respond, where do products ship from, and what should I expect after ordering?

  • Store name is readable and not stuffed with keywords.
  • Logo is not blurry, cropped, or hard to recognize.
  • Description mentions your main product categories and service promise.
  • Contact details and seller account details are current.
  • Store URL and public storefront load correctly from a signed-out browser.
  • If you recently changed your store name or logo, open one product page and one message thread to confirm the new identity is visible in both places.
