Manage addresses, invoices, and order records

Keep address and order records accurate so shipping, support, and receipts stay clean.

Addresses affect more than delivery

A complete address helps carriers deliver successfully and helps sellers validate shipments. Missing apartment numbers, old phone numbers, or unclear recipient names can create delays or failed delivery attempts.

Invoices and order records may use the information available at the time of purchase. Keep your account details current before placing new orders so records are created correctly.

Address management routine

  1. Review saved addresses before major purchases or after moving.
  2. Delete old addresses that could be selected by mistake.
  3. Use clear labels if the account supports multiple addresses, such as Home, Office, or Gift.
  4. Check apartment, suite, ZIP code, country, and phone number.
  5. For an order already placed, message the seller or support quickly if the address is wrong.

Order and invoice help

Open your customer dashboard to find order history, invoices, and message history. If an invoice or record looks incorrect, include the order number and the exact field that seems wrong when contacting support.

  • Saved address is current.
  • Old addresses are removed or clearly labeled.
  • Order number is included in support requests.
  • Invoices are downloaded from the account area when available.
