Why account setup matters
Your Gidun account connects your orders, messages, saved addresses, support tickets, and seller conversations. When the account is complete and secure, it is easier to track purchases and get help quickly.
Use an email address you can access because order updates, password resets, and some support follow-ups may depend on it. If you use a shared or old email address, you may miss important account notices.
Set up safely
- Create the account with your own email address and a strong password.
- Verify the email if Gidun asks you to confirm it.
- Add your name and default address carefully so sellers and support can identify orders correctly.
- Keep your password private and do not send it in messages or support tickets.
- Sign out on shared devices after reviewing orders or messages.
If access feels wrong
If you cannot sign in, reset the password from the login page. If you still cannot access the account, contact support with the account email and an order reference if available. Never share a full payment card number or password.

- Saved addresses are accurate.
- You can open your customer dashboard and message inbox.
